Pestalotiopsis microspora has been observed eating polyurethane in both aerobic and anaerobic environments. This is noteworthy because out of the 436 known species of microbial plastic eaters this is so far the only fungus we know of that can do so without the use of oxygen, making it of particular note for mycoremediation. More research is needed to determine the best technique, and you are encouraged to share all data. It is mycorrhizal and will not fruit without a plant host, but since mycelial growth is what consumes plastic this is only necessary for genetic work.
